End of Year Reminders Work!
Timing is said to be everything in business.
Remind all your past patients, as well as physicians, that this is the best time to come get their physical therapy care. Why? Because their benefits and deductibles will renew at the beginning of the year and the holidays can be a difficult time to fit in therapy sessions.
Here are several easy ways to get the word out.
1) To Physicians:
- Fax the below flyer to all your docs in less than 2-minutes by uploading the flyer, and their fax numbers, to IndeFAX.com.
- How often should you send it? Once a week for the next 6 weeks. Some will request to be removed from your fax list, that’s common. Every form of advertising has an “Opt-Out” rate. Junk mail 64%; Email 22%; Telemarketing 92%; Faxing ONLY 6%.

2) To Past Patients:
Put together an email list on an excel spreadsheet. If you don’t have past patient emails, start collecting them today. You’re missing out. A practice that doesn’t collect patient emails will be out of business by end of 2016.

Send out a notice reminding them this is the best time to get their aches and pains taken care of. Email once a week for the next 6 weeks. Let them know “Avoid the holiday rush and make an appointment today!”
